What fuses a traditional beer with olives and feta? Liebold’s Leberkäs! We dared to look beyond cultural borders and combined Mediterranean culinaria with Franconian heartiness. The result was “The Greek”. Spicy and full-bodied, “Der Grieche”, along with olives and sheep’s cheese, has the potential to expand the horizons of Leberkäs.
Our oven-baked liver cheese is gluten-free and we do not use any additives (it only contains pickling salt, i.e. sodium nitrite).
The best-before date is 180 days. The tins should be stored at 7 °C.
