Our farmer-smoked meat is dry-salted with coarse-grained sea salt and dark-smoked over beech wood. Half a piece á 500g vacuum-packed. Not to be missed at any Franconian snack, also with spicy pickles!
We deliberately refrain from using additives that have to be declared, except for nitrite pickling salt, and this article is free of allergens. The best-before date is 88 days if stored below 4°C.
