What you’ll need:
Can opener and a preheated oven with grid and drip tray.
What you have to do:
Open the can and remove the lid completely. Place the tin on the grid in the oven and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 45 minutes. It is up to you whether you prefer to bake the Leberkäs with hot air or with bottom/top heat. Try it out for yourself.
In any case
it will slowly come over the edge of the can in 45 minutes and form a crispy skin. We recommend a caraway bread crumble for this purpose.
